Cancellation Policy
We charge a $25.00 fee for all cancellations.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.

We will refund your deposit as long as you give us 14 days notice from your arrival date. If you cancel less than 14 days from your arrival date, we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-rent the unit.

We do not give refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
